Attention: Please read this!

This is a program which is best handled by a specialist. Initially businesses had to choose between PPP or the Employee Retention Tax Credit. It has since been modified to allow businesses to qualify for both. It should be noted that the program is governed by a more than 280 page document. For that reason our IRS Certifified Enrolled Agents specalize in ERTC and fully understand the proper procedures to file the paperwork necessary to collect the funds your business qualifies for. We work with many accountants and bookkeepers  to gather all the information necessary to file your application. Your payroll records for each employee must be analyzed by our team for each quarter to determine your claim for that specific employee. As a part of our service we represent you at no cost in case of an audit.

Take a moment and make a 10-15 minute telephone call that COULD get your business a tens or even hundredss of thousands of dollars.. It will be the most beneficial phone call you have ever or will ever make. Our specialists are trained to find indirect circumstances that justify your particular businesses' qualification for these funds, which other entities may not be aware of. This is all we do.

This is your money and we can get it for you. Give our team an opportunity to make a determination of what you are entitled to. You will be glad you did!

Since February alone our team has submitted well over

Over 300 MILLION DOLLARS to the Treasury Department in claims for our clients.

You're in Good Hands

Enrolled Agent and Subject Matter Specialist

Our ERTC program is Researched, Certified, and Submitted by our subject matter expert.

An "EA" is an Enrolled Agent and here is the description directly from the IRS website.

An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by either passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns, or through experience as a former IRS employee. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.

Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.

We take our programs very seriously and ensure that every client is cared for like family. This is a high volume program so if you send an email or leave a voice mail please allow 24 hours for a response from a processor or program manager to answer any questions.

You deserve the best, and we're happy you've chosen the Employee Tax Credit Specialists.
